Finding a creative way to slow down the growth of highly dense regions of my diatom plates while allowing single colonies to proliferate.

“Holding On” by Scary Kids Scaring Kids saw me through many dark days my freshman year of college.
I hope you can find hope too.
“This Isn’t The End” by A Skylit Drive.
It’s never too late to change your life. As much as life may seem like it has come to an end, you have so much ahead of you. THIS ISN’T THE END.
I find 1:49 into the song (2:01 into the video linked above here) incredibly powerful.
Have hope and believe in yourself. Trust me, life is worth living.
Lyrics from “Same Thing We Do Everyday Pinky” by Broadway.
When I have trouble starting my day or feel my day to start caving in, I listen to this song and I feel so much better (great video by the way).
If you tell yourself there’s nowhere left to go but up from here, you can conquer anything.

Can we pretend to leave and then
We’ll meet again
When both our cars collide?no.
I never understood the hatred of this band. Sure, they could border on cheesy at times and their fanbase was annoying as fuck but during their heyday they were better than 90% of just about everything else on the radio at the time. I feel like most of the hatred of this band comes from their fanbase and image rather than their actual music and isn’t hating a band solely for it’s image just as bad as liking a band for the same reason?
This album was the sole reason I made it through high school. I’ll always be in debt to Gerard Way and his band mates. Every time I listen to a song from Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge I tell myself how lucky I was for finding it as a teen.
“Secret Crowds” by Angels & Airwaves.
This song makes me feel like I have the power to change anything as long as I have hope.
Learning from misery
I received the following comment:
There are a lot of people in the world who instead of suffering the harshness of reality and learning from it, use their misery to only create more misery. I’m glad to see that you are not one of those people. Cheers.
This is really what life should be about: learning from misery and becoming a better, strong person. I believe that our purpose in life is to be happy. I feel like those who feel that’s impossible need to reevaluate their lives.
